Vibration transducer KD6407
Vibration transducer KD6407 operation principle is based on the use of direct piezoelectric effect. During vibration of controlled object, on which the device is firmly fixed, load inertia force affects the block of piezoelectric elements, which generates electric charge, proportional to vibration acceleration of the controlled object.
Field of application: for measurement of absolute vibration of the controlled object on its own or as a part of vibration diagnostics and protection automation systems of the rotating and reciprocating units during their operation in power, engineering and other industries.
Vibration transducers KD6407 are explosion proof, explosion proof mark is 0ExiaIICT4 X acc.to GOST R 51330.0-99, Р 51330.10-99.
The device has four different designs (1, 2, 3, 4), which differ with current output vibration speed RMS values range. Vibration transducer design KD6407-02 is a standard one and has marking KD6407.
Certificate of measuring device type approval RU.C.28.001.А №40448 issued on 09.09.2010. Technical specifications of KD6407 are proved by the Certificate of compliance № ТС RU C-RU.ГБ05.В.00200 (valid from 29.10.2013 till 29.10.2018).
