Design of automation systems is one of the company's business priorities. Specialists of "Komdiagnostika" design Department have successful professional practice.

Among our customers are: Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft, Sibur, Eurochem, Uralchim, NAIF-NK and others.

Company "Komdiagnostika" offers design of automation systems – these are services on creation (modernization) of sophisticated, reliable and efficient systems, applied in different fields of industrial manufacture such as:
  1) Oil and gas industry (extraction, storage, processing and transportation of oil, gas and oil products);
  2) Chemical and petrochemical industries;
  3) Power industry.
   
Design of automation systems is divided into three stages:
  1) Level design of field equipment and control and measuring instruments.
  This stage includes:
- design of automation functional schemes;
- determination of types as well as installation sites of sensors and executing units;
- design of structural diagrams of hardware complex;
- design of automation boxes elementary circuit diagrams;
- design of external wiring diagrams;
- design of equipment and cable connections layout.
  2) Design of information collection and processing level, control of executive units.
  This stage includes:
- choosing of controllers type and components;
- design of operation algorithms and programming of controllers.
  3) Design of operator stations and networks level.
  This stage includes:
- design of operator's workstations and networks;
- design of application-dependent software for operator's stations, industrial servers and network equipemnt.
 
Design includes the following works:
  1) Examination of automation object on request of the Customer;  
  2) Development of technical specifications for creation and integration of automation systems together with the Customer's specialists;  
  3) Development of the main technical solutions for system engineering by agreement with the Customer;  
  4) Design of automation system draft project on request of the Customer;  
  5) Preparation of engineering documentation for automation system installation works;  
  6) Industrial safety expert review of the working documentation in a licensed expert laboratory;  
  7) Registration of expert conclusion on working documentation in the register of the Federal service for ecological, technological and atomic inspection (Rostechnadzor);  
  8) Submission of all the working documentation with included remarks.  
   
During submission to the Customer of design and survey works results, the specialists of our company consider the requirements of standards for automation systems:
  - GOST 34.201-89. Types, completeness and indexing of documents during design of automation systems;
  - GOST 34.003-90. Automation systems. Terms and definitions;
  - GOST 21.408-93. Rules on development of the working documentation on automation of technological processes;
  - GOST 21.404-85. Automation of technological processes. Instrumentation symbols;
